Common Issues & Troubleshooting
ClickFunnels embeds are reliable once the element is placed correctly. These are the two issues funnel builders hit most often.
The tool is cut off inside the funnel step
Cause: The Custom Code or HTML element defaults to a short height, so a multi-step calculator gets clipped or forces a scrollbar inside the element.
Fix: Set the iframe height attribute to 750px or more for multi-step tools, and stretch the element to the section width. In ClickFunnels 2.0 you can also set the element to full width so the tool fills the column on every device.
Leads are captured but not segmenting the funnel
Cause: The funnel is treating every CalcStack lead the same because the result tier is not being passed into your follow-up logic.
Fix: Map the result field CalcStack sends through your webhook to a CRM tag or list, then branch your ClickFunnels follow-up or email automation on that tag. High-fit leads to a booking step, low-fit leads to nurture.
