Terms of Service
Last updated March 7, 2026. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of CalcStack, operated by CalcStack Ltd, registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CalcStack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to distribute malware, send spam, infringe on intellectual property, collect data without consent, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at contact@calcstack.net. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Payment terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. If payment fails, we will attempt to charge again over 7 days before suspending your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data (including leads and tool configurations) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Intellectual property
CalcStack and its original content (including tool templates, educational content, benchmark data, and platform code) are the property of CalcStack Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any custom content, branding, and lead data generated through your use of the platform. You grant us a limited license to display your embedded content as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
CalcStack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from calculators and tools will be accurate for your specific circumstances. Our tools provide estimates and benchmarks for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or business advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalcStack Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of CalcStack after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
